Why Guinea Pigs?
Guinea pigs are one of the most surrendered small animals in Australia. They're social, intelligent, and incredibly affectionate — but they're often misunderstood and under-cared-for.
The Little Rebel Gang exists to change that. Every guinea pig in our care gets proper vet treatment, companionship, and a real shot at a great home.
Guinea Pig Care Basics
- ✦ Guinea pigs are social — they need at least one friend
- ✦ Fresh hay, veggies, and vitamin C daily
- ✦ Minimum enclosure size: 120cm x 60cm per pair
- ✦ Regular nail trims and health checks
- ✦ They can live 5–8 years with proper care
